Upgrade and maintain sales of an ecommerce website that can manage inventory of 100k products.

Process:

The existing ecommerce platform was over 10 years old. Since it was custom built maintenance costs were high and the system was quite unstable.

Process:

Through interviews, identified that stakeholders needed a scalable system. Also identified features needed to maintain ecommerce sales on website that would provide data to inform decisions.

Implemented a new platform that could grow, integrate as a Point-of-Sale system in physical stores, and manage inventory. This platform tracked analytics and KPI’s for both the website and in-store salespersons.
