LDS Immigration Services (CX Research, CX Design)

Provide services to the immigrant population in US metropolitan areas; including legal services, adaptation curriculum, and support groups.

Process:

After the program ran in Utah for 1 year, they needed to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and, if successful, duplicate them to other metropolitan pilot areas.

Process:

Evaluated the success of each program by interviewing to participants and exploring their satisfaction and what they feel is missing. We also interviewed key stakeholders to evaluate needs and compare the program to similar programs.

Results:

Success in one area did not mean success in another region. The needs and competitive analysis showed the landscape had significant differences. If introduced, then the programs would need to be modified to meet local needs. Success relied on collaborating with existing services in the area.
